Sales Coaching and Training
Many professionals who sell for a living believe that it is enough to be an expert in their product or service. Not so. To be successful and stay competitive, professional salespeople must master, and continually stay on top of, three critical areas:

  • Product/service/industry knowledge
  • People and sales skills
  • Activity management (marketing, prospecting, referral building, etc.)  

In my experience, most sales and business people focus on one, or at most, two of these critical areas. Those that consistently focus on all three are usually at the top of their field. Through coaching, I get my clients focused on all three areas.

I specialize in coaching salespeople, sales teams, and advisors—even those who do not consider themselves salespeople, but whose careers include selling products or services. I also provide sales management coaching and training. For the past nine years, I have coached professionals who are in consultative fields such as:
