About Coaching
You know how a
high-performance athlete works with a coach to stay on-track and
perform at his or her very best? I do the same for business people and
companies—I coach them to maximize their business performance and
achieve what's most important to them.
In coaching, we focus intently on your most important business
objectives. We meet two to four times a month, in person (for those who
live in the Los Angeles area) or over the phone. In these meetings, we
create the strategies, actions, mindset, and discipline you need to
apply to make your goals a reality. Many of my clients tell me that our
coaching is the most focused and powerful form of support they've ever
experienced.
Many professionals are looking for a breakthrough in their business. In
my model of coaching, there are four areas that are crucial to achieve
breakthrough performance [open window to business breakthrough

Why Coaching Is Effective
Coaching is effective for three main
reasons:
1) It provides structure, discipline, and regular focused attention to
what you want to achieve. In the coaching process, you break down those
big goals that may seem unrealistic or unachievable into manageable
chunks.
2) Coaching helps you see what you cannot see on your own, because
you’re too close to your own situation. This includes ways you may be
holding yourself back and opportunities that may you may not recognize.
3) The coaching relationship helps keep you on-track and accountable
for the actions you take in pursuit of your goals.
